Samura combines the essence of Japanese blade making with European trustworthiness.
Samura knives are made of fine steel types such as MoV, AUS-8 andf VG-10 which results in Rockwelli hardness of 58-61 HRC for all their knives. Samura products are characterized by conteporary design, fine ergonomics and decent cutting performance for a reasonable price. Samura started off in 2004 in co-operation with some well known Japanese producers, but nowadays most Samura products are produced in China under strict quality supervision.
